Return Policy
US orders for books and new, sealed media can be returned within 7 days of receipt. International orders for these items can be returned within 3 weeks of shipping. Used CDs and movies cannot be returned unless defective. Please see our Customer Care page for our full return policy. |
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - Ordering info
All orders ship by U.S. Mail. Please use your complete MAILING address, which may be different than your physical address. Please SPELL OUT all portions of your street address, such as State Highway, County Road, etc., instead of using abbreviations.
We will automatically send a confirmation email to the address you provide when you place your order. We send a second email within 3 business days to confirm shipment that includes your tracking number. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder.
