Notes: SEALED in original manufacturer's shrink wrap! Box is slightly crushed, with bend marks on the sides and top. There are very small bumps to bottom back corners. There are no tears to the shrink wrap. This is a hard to find game to begin with, and extremely rare to find sealed. It is, however, the best Tetris game ever manufactured, featuring a two-player and "cooperative" mode not found on other versions. Made for US Nintendo game consoles.
