Notes: Stated 1st printing. Grey paper boards have edge wear, particularly at corners. Spine is worn through on edges and 1" is chipped off the bottom, exposing the backstrip. Paper label on cover is clear and tightly affixed, with 2 very small areas of surface loss on edges. Front hinge is split, back is starting, but binding is firm. Pages are clean and unmarked. 12 tipped-in plates are present and in excellent condition. Good reference or reading copy.
